Thank you for taking the time to learn about me and my little family!
My name is Courtney Smith, I am from Tumbling Shoals Arkansas and I still live here with my husband Morgen and our son Tucker!
Having this resort come into our care has a ton of meaning to both my family and our community. Lucky Trout Lodge at Tailwater Resort was once “Lindsey’s Resort” which was known for being locally family owned and operated… and we are so proud to be able to say the same about our new ownership of it, living only 5 short minutes from the resort!
This timeless property has always been known for its rustic at home feel and ability to make you forget your problems, all by glancing at the panoramic views of the Little Red River! If you’ve ever given this place a chance in the past, we promise not to fall short of the legacy the past families have built on such a strong foundation. Bringing the original bones and values back to life, we look forward to hosting all of our new and returning guests in the future!
Under our new ownership, you may see a few new modern touches, and as we go there will be more but make no mistake, we will always be that nostalgic spot on the river that you went to as a kid and now you can enjoy with your kids!
